APPOINTMENTS
To avoid disappointment and secure your preferred appointment time, we ask you schedule your appointments in advance. We will always be accommodating to your busy schedule and preference time, however, in some instances where we may not be able to immediately accommodate your request, we have ‘Reservations List’ which is referred to daily when instances of cancellations or availabilities occur.
Appointment Confirmations
To ensure you never forget an appointment, a text message will be sent to you requesting confirmation 2-3 days prior to the date of your appointment. A simple YES is all that is required to confirm your appointment. If an appointment remains unconfirmed by close of business the day before your appointment may be forfeited.
If you hold a Gift Certificate please quote your Gift Certificate number at the time of making your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING and FEES
As your appointment is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you give Skin by Sarah Hudson a minimum of48 hours’ notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling, otherwise a $100 Cancellation Fee may be charged at your next booking.
Cancellations or Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost at your next booking. If you have a pre-paid treatment package or Gift Certificate this surcharge may be deducted from your treatment Package.
“Whilst I understand there will always be unforeseen circumstances that force you to reschedule your appointment at short notice, I ask you understand this appointment time has been reserved especially for you. In the event of cancellation at short notice I would have little chance of allocating another booking to this time.”

GIFT CERTIFICATES
For your convenience Gift Certificates are available for all treatments and skincare. Presented in an elegantly wrapped gift box and bag, they may be gifted for a specific treatment or monetary value. They may be purchased in clinic or over the phone and can be express posted to the recipient should you wish todo so.Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
PRICING and BEST PRACTICE
Our pricing is a reflection of the investment in medical technologies, skill and techniques in use in the clinic by Sarah Hudson plus her commitment to continual high-level training, education and ensuring her qualifications are maintained at the most relevant and up-to-date level. Sarah adopts Best Practice procedures in her business which she achieves through her diligence in putting into practice what she has learnt and studied.Our prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.
ARRIVAL
We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your treatment time, ensuring you have time to unwind, relax and enjoy herbal tea or fruit water before your treatment.We ask you refrain from wearing make-upto your appointments, though we understand if you need to.If you are currently under supervision and / or undergoing treatment from a medical practitioner for any condition, please advise usat the time ofbooking.
DEPARTURE
Upon concluding your treatment, you will be given a home care program which will be personalised to your individual skin type and conditions.Remember to make your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
