“There are so many lasers on the market for hair removal and all with very competitive prices however the most important questions to ask are ‘Is this laser suitable for my skin tone and hair colour?’ and ‘How many sessions will I need?’ Paying a cheaper price may seem more appealing but needing double the amount of treatments to see results is just not worth it”

What is Laser Hair Removal?
Laser hair removal provides an extremely effective way to remove unwanted hair with permanent results. Targeting hair on all parts of the body, including delicate areas of the face and body, legs, arms, underarms and back, this treatment is suitable for men and women of all skin types and tones (including tanned skin), without causing hyperpigmentation.
How does Laser Hair Removal work?
The Cutera Nd Yag 1064 Laser delivers the latest hair removal technology and is one of the most effective laser treatments, also approved by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for permanent hair reduction.
As hair grows in cycles, hairs on the body may all be in different cycles at different times. The Cutera laser targets hair in the anagen phase, when the hair bulb can be destroyed, so the hair will not regrow. For this reason, 4-6 treatments performed 6-8 weeks apart are usually required for optimum results however more treatments may be required depending on the nature and strength of the hair and its growth phase during treatment.
During treatments, most clients experience a mild pinching or stinging sensation however the cooling handpiece makes for a comfortable experience. Upon consultation a test patch will be performed.

“Many women suffer with a fine downy-type hair on their face, and before the introduction of epidermal levelling there wasn’t a way of removing the hair that didn’t cause skin sensitivity. I’m really excited that this treatment can be used on the most sensitive skin and can even be applied with an enzyme peel for skin that requires improved texture and tone”

How Does Epidermal Levelling Work?
This clinical procedure is totally safe and effective. Utilising a single-use only surgical blade it removes the outer layers of the epidermis along with the vellus hair, improving ingredient absorption within treatments and while using at-home skincare.
What Can I Expect to See?
Results are amazing as skin is left smoother, glowing and more even. This treatment is perfect before an event for a flawless make up application or as a regular exfoliating treatment. There is no pain or downtime and to ensure this, a light enzyme treatment and Phototherapy LED is performed at the conclusion of the treatment. Epidermal levelling is safe on all skin types, including skins with telangiectasia (face veins) and when pregnant and breastfeeding.
