FREE Express Shipping for all orders over $250. For orders under $250 a $15.00 flat rate is charged. 

Orders placed prior to 2pm (AEST), will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day.  All orders are sent via Australia Post (Express Post) to anywhere in Australia.

Out Of Stock Items 

If an item is not available in stock, you will be notified via email. It will then be shipped to you at the cost of Skin By Sarah Hudson as soon as it becomes available. 

This is generally with 5 business days. 

 

Tracking and Shipping Information 

Tracking information is provided to you via email, you will be able to track your products with the order receipt number emailed to you upon dispatch. Please double check all shipping information is correct, we do not take responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or claimed as non-delivered. Should items be returned to sender, re-postage fees may apply. Upon finalizing order: please specify a safe place to leave your items, if there is no one available to receive the dispatched goods. 

 

If your order is of urgent nature, and you are worried about delivery times, we suggest use of our click and collect systemalternatively please contact: info@skinbysarahhudson.com.au or 9481 7546 and we can make arrangements. To avoid delays in receiving your order or ensuring your goods do not become lost or stolen, Skin By Sarah Hudson recommends you have the itemdelivered to an address where someone will be available to receive the dispatched goods. 

 

Please note: we do not take responsibility for shipping delaysmissing itemsitems that are lost, stolen, claimed as non-delivered or otherwise missing to your address. 

 

All deliveries will display our company name, and clinic address as the sender on the delivery packaging.

Acceptance Of Goods Including Damaged Or Incorrect Products 

Upon receipt of your goods, we ask you inspect them, to ensure the correct products have arrived and the goods are undamaged.  

 

Whilst we do our best to ensure the correct products are dispatched, unfortunately mistakes can happen. 

 If this is the case we ask you notify us via email (info@skinbysarahhudson.com.auwithin 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect goods, for a replacement. 

  • We will require a photograph as proof of incorrect product or damage to the product including the packaging, so we can assess the damage and authorize a return item to be re-sent. 
  • The next business day we will supply reply-paid postage to you.
  • Within 3 business days you will need to return the incorrect or damaged goods to Skin By Sarah Hudson. Upon inspection of the incorrect or damaged goods we will supply a replacement at the cost of Skin By Sarah Hudson. 

 

Returns Policy 

Once You have made Your order by submitting the order form information by clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button, orders cannot be cancelled.  

 You may only cancel or change your order by contacting Customer Service at info@skinbysarahhudson.com.au but ONLY if your order has not been dispatched from our premises. 

 All products are sealed for Health and Safety Reasons and therefore cannot be exchanged once opened.   

 

What if I don’t like the product or it isn’t suitable to my skin, can I return it? 

We do not exchange products for incorrect choices or change of mind. We provide as much information as possible about all products to help each customer make an informed decision about what to purchase. 

We provide tools on our website to help you choose the products that are correct for your skin, alternatively an on-line consultation or face-to-face consultation may be performed. 

 

Faulty or Defective Packaging 

If within 4 weeks of purchasing a product, You find that the product is faulty or defective You may return it to us for replacement. If we agree that the Product is faulty and defective, and the Product cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund.  

                

On the rare occasion, the pumps of the airless packaging may not work effectively. This is generally due to air pressure. If this is the case, we ask you trouble shoot in the following way: 

  • Turn the container upside down allowing product to shift
  • Take a few times of pumping to bring the formula to the surface of the jar 

If this still does not bring formula to the surface of the jar, please contact us. 

 

Please note that Products You have misused or abused or not followed the instructions of or complied with the homecare regime prescribed to You, products will not be deemed faulty or defective for the purposes of this warranty.

Reactions 

The products prescribed at Skin By Sarah Hudson are medical grade, therefore it is really important to apply the products as directed. We provide tools on our website to help you choose the products that are correct for your skin, alternatively an on-line consultation or face-to-face consultation may be performed. If you choose a product that does not suit your skin and you wish to return it, a re-stocking and handling fee may apply up to 50% of the value of the item. You will be responsible to shipping charges. 

If in the rare case your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and follow the following steps: 

  • Call us on (02) 9481 7546, so we can help to find a solution 
  • Provide photos to demonstrate the skin reaction  
  • Once authorized we will provide a reply-paid express post package to you. We ask this is returned within 3 business days, with the tracking number provided. 

 

When the goods are received, we will process a refund or replacement. 

 

FAQ’s 

 

Are there any products I shouldn’t use when pregnant or breastfeeding? 

Any products that contain Vitamin A ingredients should not be used when pregnant or breast feeding. 

  

Why can’t I buy certain products online? 

Due to the extent of the product ranges prescribed at Skin By Sarah Hudson, some of the products including the Curtis Collection make up may not be available on-line. Please make a note of what products you need to order and we will contact you via email or phone. 

 

Where can I find a list of product ingredients? 

Key ingredients of each products can be found on the website. All ingredients can be found on the Ingredient Disclosure statement given upon product purchase or request. 

  

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, this facility is available. This is at the cost of the purchaser.
